National Security Innovation Analyst

Kristi Rose, originally from Boley, Oklahoma, graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in May 2021 with degrees in Forensic Science and Psychology. She is currently pursuing a M.S. in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Oklahoma (OU). Her active involvement in leadership and service during her studies laid the foundation for her professional journey. Kristi is currently a National Security Innovation Analyst at FedTech, where she supports entrepreneurs working on solutions for the federal government. She is also the Founder of "Twenty Somethings OKC," President of Woodlake's Homeowners' Association, and a Financial Partner of the Women Rising Investment Club. Additionally, she serves on various committees, including NEOKCR's Economic Development and the Asian Chamber of Commerce Education, and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. In her free time, Kristi enjoys exploring different types of music, traveling, trying new foods, karaoke, arcade games, and spending quality time with loved ones.

DoD SkillBridge Fellow

Ramon Perea joined FedTech in 2024 through the DoD SkillBridge Program joining the Technology Partnerships Team. During his 10-year Air Force career, his used his broad range of technical experience to develop his analytic skillset and gain leadership experience. His roles included Team Chief for Computer Network Operations, Signals Intelligence Program Manager, Mission Supervisor, and Language Analyst. He complemented his professional expertise with an M.A. of Security Studies at Georgetown University, with a Technology Security Concentration. Ramon is passionate about learning to use technology to advance security in a competitive world.

Anh's background spans national laboratories, regulatory environments, and startup ventures, giving him a well-rounded perspective on technology transfer and deep-tech innovation.
