Aidan joins FedTech with experience in entrepreneurship, having built products around AI technologies. He has a passion for using technology to solve seemingly intractable problems. Aidan is a graduate of the Engineering/MBA program at Syracuse University, where he developed medical device prototypes, pitched in startup competitions, and mentored student entrepreneurs through all aspects of venture creation.
Shana Rothman
Project Accountant
Experienced project accountant in the government consulting industry. Skilled in financial reporting and analysis, accounts payable, internal controls (including regulatory compliance), and business operations. Financial Analyst professional with a Bachelor's degree focused on Business Administration and Management, Finance from Marymount University in Arlington, VA (Magna Cum Laude).
Paige Leonard
Senior Analyst
Paige is a Senior Analyst driven by a deep passion for tackling complex problems with cutting-edge technology. Her background in innovation and entrepreneurship includes experience at a higher education institution’s innovation and entrepreneurship center, where she co-managed a student incubator and led design thinking trainings with administrators, faculty, and staff to address the university’s most pressing challenges. Paige earned both her MBA and BA from Marshall University.
Daniel Delgado

Daniel advances deep-tech national security initiatives leading programs and operations with NavalX in Southern California. Blending program and policy, he has worked with 50+ international startups and government agencies expand through Silicon Valley and has conducted in-depth research on monitoring and evaluation to drive program policy decisions. He holds a Master's in International Policy and a Bachelor's in International Development.

Clay is the NavalX Austin Lead at FedTech, where his diverse background from Naval Surface Warfare Officer to Sales Director converges to bolster defense innovation. His journey, underpinned by a Georgetown University MA in Security Studies and a strong military foundation, equips him to navigate the intersection of defense, policy, and technology. At FedTech, Clay is pivotal in merging the Navy's strategic capabilities with Austin's vibrant tech ecosystem, driving initiatives that foster collaboration and advancement within the naval innovation landscape.
Dhimiter Cobani
Senior Analyst
Dhimiter is a member of the Technology Partnerships team at FedTech. He supports early-stage startups with their business strategy and market research needs with a focus on AI/ML and software. Before joining FedTech, Dhimiter worked on various projects in academia and industry, from molecular diagnostics to electrochemical biosensors to computational drug discovery. He holds an MS in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and a BS in Physics from St. Lawrence University.
Kali Luthra
Senior Analyst
Kali’s work at FedTech is focused on Technical and Business Assistance (TABA) Operations, guiding the advancement of dual-use technologies. Her experience in strategic roles, from Partner Manager at Even Financial to Associate at Velos where she advised and consulted Aerospace companies on the DoD landscape, showcases her adeptness in client relations and government affairs. With an academic foundation from American University's School of International Service, Kali's keen ability to navigate complex operational landscapes energizes her current role.
Paula Anzer

Paula is an innovative and resourceful professional with a broad skillset and network developed over 30 years of leadership in academia and innovation ecosystems, both in the U.S. and abroad. As Director of Business Development at the MIT Media Lab, she connected corporates with researchers advancing technology. Paula received her A from Brown University and her Master in City Planning from MIT.
Thom Martin

Thom leverages experiential coaching and learning to empower scientists, inventors and researchers to be more entrepreneurial and commercialize services. As a strategist, innovator, and design researcher with 20 years experience with companies in different stages of growth, Thom has successfully lead dozens of new product development, launch and improvement efforts. Thom received his MBA from Northeastern University and completed Stanford’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship program.
Ramon Perea
DoD SkillBridge Fellow
Ramon Perea joined FedTech in 2024 through the DoD SkillBridge Program joining the Technology Partnerships Team. During his 10-year Air Force career, his used his broad range of technical experience to develop his analytic skillset and gain leadership experience. His roles included Team Chief for Computer Network Operations, Signals Intelligence Program Manager, Mission Supervisor, and Language Analyst. He complemented his professional expertise with an M.A. of Security Studies at Georgetown University, with a Technology Security Concentration. Ramon is passionate about learning to use technology to advance security in a competitive world.
