Jake O'Keeffe
Senior Analyst
Jake is a member of the Technology Partnerships team. He works to identify and vet potential technologies and companies for inclusion in FedTech programs for clients across the Federal, University, and Corporate space. Prior to joining FedTech, he worked for the finance team on a US Senate campaign, was a fellow for a DC-based non-profit focused on international trade policy and has experience at startups in the fintech and semiconductor sectors. Jake graduated from The Johns Hopkins University with a BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
Johan Restrepo
Senior Analyst
Johan primarily supports the Defense and Aerospace Portfolios through the acceleration of military technologies, building strong partnerships, and the development/ execution of stakeholder engagement. Johan has experience as a multi-founder in the areas of philanthropy and small business. He is passionate about missiles and weapons and the development of military technology.
Paige Leonard
Senior Analyst
Paige is a Senior Analyst driven by a deep passion for tackling complex problems with cutting-edge technology. Her background in innovation and entrepreneurship includes experience at a higher education institution’s innovation and entrepreneurship center, where she co-managed a student incubator and led design thinking trainings with administrators, faculty, and staff to address the university’s most pressing challenges. Paige earned both her MBA and BA from Marshall University.
Dhimiter Cobani
Senior Analyst
Dhimiter is a member of the Technology Partnerships team at FedTech. He supports early-stage startups with their business strategy and market research needs with a focus on AI/ML and software. Before joining FedTech, Dhimiter worked on various projects in academia and industry, from molecular diagnostics to electrochemical biosensors to computational drug discovery. He holds an MS in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and a BS in Physics from St. Lawrence University.
Kali Luthra
Senior Analyst
Kali’s work at FedTech is focused on Technical and Business Assistance (TABA) Operations, guiding the advancement of dual-use technologies. Her experience in strategic roles, from Partner Manager at Even Financial to Associate at Velos where she advised and consulted Aerospace companies on the DoD landscape, showcases her adeptness in client relations and government affairs. With an academic foundation from American University's School of International Service, Kali's keen ability to navigate complex operational landscapes energizes her current role.
Alison Caplan
Senior Analyst
Alison is a project manager for FedTech's portfolio of climate, energy, and health related startup studios and initiatives. Her background is in finance and operations, having worked on the VC team of a leading foundation and for a billion-dollar climate investment fund. She also has firsthand entrepreneurial experience from launching her own music tech startup. Alison holds a BS from the University of Michigan.
Angie Pak
Market Research Specialist
Angie is a member of the Technology Partnerships Team at FedTech, where she supports early-stage ventures with market research, strategy development, and business growth. Before joining FedTech, Angie gained extensive experience as a life sciences research consultant, specializing in molecular diagnostics and precision medicine. Her research background includes work in molecular virology and rare disease advocacy. Angie holds a B.S. in Biology from the College of William & Mary and an M.S. in Biotechnology from Georgetown University.
Emmanuel Moges
Analyst
Emmanuel is an Analyst at FedTech, supporting programs through content development, client support, and logistics management. Prior to joining FedTech Emmanuel conducted academic and market research and recently helped coordinate an international Entrepreneurship conference, Emmanuel graduated from The George Washington University with a BS in International Business and Entrepreneurship.
Simone Vaillancourt
Analyst
Simone expertly weaves her degree in Business Administration from The George Washington University with her passion for branding and creative development as an Analyst at FedTech. Her previous roles in marketing management and design have armed her with experience in graphic design and client relations, which she now utilizes at FedTech to elevate branding initiatives and articulate compelling client and alumni stories.
Deep Pokhrel
Analyst
Deependra Pokhrel is an Analyst at FedTech with a strong background in aeronautical science, homeland security, and military service. He focuses on bridging the innovation ecosystems of the United States and India, fostering cross-border collaborations and technology transfers that enhance the defense capabilities of both nations.
