Our Services

We work with entrepreneurs, startups, governments, and corporate organizations to transform frontier technology into real-world impact.

We accelerate innovation, commercialization and adoption across public, private, and regulated sectors.

Pairing entrepreneurs with high-potential technologies to rapidly launch and commercialize new ventures.

FedTech designs and runs custom startup studios that recruit and support founding teams building companies around technologies from federal labs, universities, and R&D portfolios. Each studio is built around a specific technology domain or agency mission — giving entrepreneurs a curated IP foundation, structured program support, and a direct path to incorporation. The result: new ventures with real commercial potential and a clear connection to federal priorities.

High-impact cohorts that fast-track startups to meet enterprise and government needs—no equity required.

Our accelerator programs are cohort-based engagements that prepare startups to win government contracts, survive federal procurement, and build durable relationships with enterprise buyers. Participants get direct access to agency mentors, domain experts, and a network of primes and program offices — without giving up equity to get there. FedTech has run accelerators across defense, energy, homeland security, and civilian agency contexts.

Expert, hands-on support to help startups scale, compete, and win new business.

For startups and growth-stage companies that have validated their technology but need help translating it into revenue, FedTech's advisory services fill the gap between promising technology and signed contracts. We work directly with founders and leadership teams on go-to-market strategy, federal sales positioning, pitch preparation, and partnership development — with practical guidance grounded in how government and enterprise buyers actually make decisions.

Grant-backed support that equips startups with the resources and expertise to accelerate growth and secure mission-driven opportunities.

TABA is federally funded support available to SBIR/STTR awardees — and FedTech is one of the most experienced TABA providers in the country. Eligible companies receive hands-on assistance with commercialization planning, regulatory navigation, market validation, and customer discovery, all without drawing down their core SBIR budget. If your company has an active Phase I or Phase II award, you may already qualify.

Get in touch

Identifying and connecting you with startups and technologies that solve your most critical challenges.

Government agencies and corporations often have a clear problem and a mandate to solve it — but finding the right technology in a crowded, fast-moving landscape takes time and specialized knowledge. FedTech's tech scouting service does that legwork: we identify, evaluate, and surface startups and emerging technologies that match your operational requirements and procurement context, so your team can focus on evaluation and decision-making rather than the search.

Equipping R&D teams to align with market demand and bring innovations to market faster.

The hardest part of technology commercialization is rarely the technology — it's building the internal culture, processes, and market awareness that turn R&D output into deployed solutions. FedTech works with lab scientists, engineers, and program staff to develop the commercialization mindset and skills needed to close the gap between discovery and deployment. From entrepreneurial training programs to structured tech transfer workflows, we help R&D organizations operate with more market discipline.

"It’s an engaging, highly innovative program. The benefit for Carderock is that we're exposing our scientists and engineers to a new way of thinking about how they interact with companies and get their technology to the point where it's usable by the Navy."

"As someone who was born and raised here—and who has spent a long time working in technology, economic development, and community-building—it’s incredibly exciting to see a program like this taking shape locally. To my knowledge, nothing like this has ever been rolled out in my home county before. It’s great to see the direction things are heading."

"FedTech was vital to refining Neurable's presentation, narrative, and overall understanding of how to work with the DoD. But most excitingly, we've accepted for our very first Phase II [SBIR]! This is a direct result of our most recent Phase I engagement with FedTech and I am beyond thankful"
